Good News
God loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life. The Problem is that people are sinful and separated from God. As a result, we cannot know God’s wonderful plan for our lives. Jesus Christ is God’s only provision for our sin. Through Jesus Christ, we can have our sins forgiven and be restored to a right relationship with God. We must place our faith in Jesus Christ as Savior in order to receive the gift of salvation and know God’s wonderful plan for our lives.
God loves you and has a plan for you!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:16 KJV
I (Jesus) am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. -John 10:10
Here's the problem: man is sinful and separated from God.
We have all done, thought or said bad things, which the Bible calls “sin.” The Bible says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" -Romans 3:23
The result of sin is death, spiritual separation from God. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." -Romans 6:23
God sent His Son to die for your sins!
Jesus died in our place so we could have a relationship with God and be with Him forever.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” -Romans 5:8
But it didn’t end with His death on the cross. He rose again and still lives!
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. -John 14:6
Romans 10:9 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
Romans 10:10 “For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”
Pray something like this...
God, I realize that I'm a sinner, I have failed You, and I cannot save myself. I believe that You sent Your Son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins. I believe that by trusting in Him and his completed work on the cross that I can be saved. I now ask Jesus Christ to come into my life and save my soul for eternity. Thank you for saving me, Jesus, AMEN!
